What can be checked for you

If a serving count, a conversion or a formula on this site looks wrong against what you practice, say which page and which figure. Serving charts in particular vary by how you cut: the numbers here follow the party slice standard, and a bakery cutting dessert slices will legitimately land lower. Those corrections are worth making because the charts feed the pricing examples.

Orders and downloads

For a download link that expired, a workbook that will not open, or a file that needs regenerating from different numbers, reference the email address used at checkout. Nothing about your recipes is stored on the server, so say which product and which order you mean, and the file is rebuilt from the figures you supply.

Response time

Messages are answered within two business days. Order and download problems are handled before method questions, which usually need a longer reply and sometimes a change to a page. If your question is whether a price you calculated is reasonable for your market, include your region and the order type: that is a question about local demand, and the answer is worth more with context.

Before you write about a price

If you want a second opinion on a price you calculated, the reply is more useful with three figures: the hourly rate you used, the total hands on minutes, and your monthly fixed costs. Almost every price that feels wrong traces back to one of those three, and without them any answer is guesswork about your market rather than about your numbers.
