Privacy policy
This page describes what data homebakerypricing.com collects and how it is used.
The free calculator
The Cake Pricing Calculator runs in your browser. The recipe and cost figures you enter stay on your device unless you choose to copy a shareable link, which encodes your entries into the link itself; nothing is sent to a server just by using the calculator.
Data collected at checkout
At checkout, an email address is collected to deliver your download link and receipt. Payment card details are entered directly with the payment processor and are not stored by this site.
How data is used
Your email is used to send your order confirmation and download link, and to respond if you contact support about an order. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting WEABLE SAS at [email protected]. WEABLE SAS, 27 avenue Jean Medecin, 06000 Nice, France. RCS Nice 891 213 936. VAT FR71891213936. Contact: [email protected]. Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
The shareable link
The calculator's optional share link carries your entries inside the URL itself rather than storing them anywhere. Nothing is uploaded and no copy is kept, but the link is readable by anyone who receives it: treat it as you would a document containing your ingredient costs and hourly rate.
Checkout data
One email address is collected at checkout, used to attach the download and send the receipt, and retained for as long as accounting obligations on invoices require. Payment information is held by the payment provider and never by this site. The recipe figures used to generate a file are processed to build that file and are not kept as a profile.
What is not collected
- No user account, and therefore no password
- No recipe library stored server side between visits
- No sale or transfer of the email address to a commercial third party
- No advertising profile built from what you price
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of or portability of the data concerning you by writing to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, if the response does not satisfy you.
