Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases on homebakerypricing.com, operated by WEABLE SAS. WEABLE SAS, 27 avenue Jean Medecin, 06000 Nice, France. RCS Nice 891 213 936. VAT FR71891213936. Contact: [email protected]. Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
Products and pricing
The Pricing Workbook is $39. The Order Quote Kit is $29. The Starter Bundle is $59. Prices are shown in USD at checkout. The Cake Pricing Calculator and the cake price quote PDF it can generate are free.
Delivery
Purchases are delivered as a digital download, generated from the recipe and options entered at checkout, with a link provided immediately after payment and on the files page.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
Because delivery is immediate and the file is generated specifically from the inputs you chose, the download link becoming available is treated as the start of performance for this digital content; refund requests are handled case by case by contacting support before downloading.
Usage rights
A purchased workbook or kit may be used for your own bakery business, including generating quotes and invoices for your customers. Reselling, redistributing, or republishing the files themselves as a product is not permitted.
Delivery
All products are digital files. After payment is confirmed, the download appears immediately on the files page, with no shipping step. Files are generated from the recipe and cost figures entered at checkout, which is why two customers buying the same product receive different files.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent. Downloading the file constitutes performance. The free calculator and the guides allow the method and the content to be evaluated in full before any payment is made.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe. Card details are entered with the payment provider and do not pass through this site. Every purchase is one time: there is no subscription, no recurring charge and no customer account.
Regenerating a file
A file can be regenerated from corrected figures at no extra cost on request from the contact page, quoting the email address used at checkout. There is no time limit on that request and no limit on how long files remain downloadable.
Claims and applicable law
Claims may be sent to [email protected]. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts.
Step by step purchase and file check procedure
Before paying, prepare the exact figures you want used in the generated file. Use the same unit system throughout the form. If flour is entered in grams, keep butter, sugar, filling, packaging, and decorations in grams or in clearly priced units. Mixing grams, ounces, and pieces without checking the conversion is the most common source of wrong totals.
- Open the product page, complete the recipe and cost fields, then review the final screen before payment.
- Use an email address you can access immediately. The email address is the main reference if support has to find the order later.
- After payment, stay on the confirmation page until the download area has loaded. On a normal connection this should take a few seconds, not several minutes.
- Download the file once, then open it locally before closing the browser tab.
- Save a second copy in a fixed folder such as Bakery pricing, Quotes, or Admin, so it is not left only in the browser downloads folder.
If the file does not appear after payment, wait 2 minutes, refresh the files page once, and check whether the payment confirmation email arrived. If payment was confirmed but the file is still missing, contact support with the checkout email address and the approximate time of purchase. Do not make a second purchase just to force a new file, because that creates a second payment to review.
Equipment, file handling, and practical dimensions
A phone is enough to complete checkout, but a laptop or desktop computer is safer for checking figures in a workbook. Use a screen wide enough to see several columns at once. A display of about 13 inches or larger reduces the risk of missing a column or reading the wrong row. If you work on a phone, rotate the screen and zoom in before changing any figure.
Keep the original file unchanged and make working copies. A simple naming pattern helps when you quote often. Use the date first, then the customer or product name, for example 2026 09 24 chocolate cake quote. This keeps files in chronological order in most folders.
| Item to check | Practical figure to use | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Download wait time | Refresh after about 2 minutes | Payment confirmation and file generation can finish at slightly different times. |
| Screen size for review | About 13 inches or larger when possible | Wide tables are easier to audit on a laptop than on a phone. |
| Printed quote size | A4, 210 by 297 mm, or US Letter, 8.5 by 11 inches, depending on printer setup | The quote should be checked in the paper size used by your printer or PDF export. |
| Backup count | At least 2 copies | One local copy and one cloud or external copy reduce loss from device failure. |
| Figure review time | 5 to 10 minutes for a simple recipe | A short manual review usually finds unit or decimal errors before the file is used. |
If you print a quote PDF, check the print preview before giving it to a customer. Margins, scaling, and paper size are controlled by the browser or PDF reader, not by the checkout process. Select actual size or fit to page only after checking that totals and customer text remain visible.
Frequent mistakes and recovery steps
If you entered a wrong ingredient cost, do not try to correct the legal terms or the payment record. Keep the payment confirmation, write down the corrected value, and request regeneration with the checkout email address. Include the wrong value and the replacement value in the same message, for example cream cost entered as one figure, cream cost should be another figure. This avoids a back and forth exchange.
If the wrong email address was used, support may still need information that ties the request to the payment. Give the approximate checkout time, the product name, and any name used during payment. Do not send full card details. Card numbers are not needed for support and should not be sent by email.
If a download opens in the browser instead of saving, use the browser download button or the save command in the viewer. If the file seems blank, first open it with a current spreadsheet or PDF application, then try a second device. A blank preview in a browser does not always mean the file itself is empty.
- Wrong decimal separator: check whether 2.50 was entered as 250 or 2,50 in a field that expects a dot.
- Wrong unit size: check whether a pack price was entered as a gram price or a piece price.
- Duplicate payment: contact support before using both files, and include both payment times.
- Lost file: return to the files page if available, or request help with the checkout email address.
- Customer quote changed after purchase: request regeneration only for corrected input figures, not for a new unrelated order.
Special cases for bakery use
For shared kitchens, enter costs that match your own business, not the kitchen owner's average figures. Rent, electricity, packaging, and delivery can differ between bakers using the same oven. If two bakers share one purchase, that may conflict with the usage right because the file is for one bakery business. When in doubt, ask before sharing the file.
For custom cake quotes, keep a dated copy of the quote sent to the customer and a separate editable working copy. If the customer later changes serving count, decoration, filling, or delivery details, treat it as a new pricing check rather than editing only the final selling price. This makes the price history easier to explain.
For questions that are not part of a claim, start with the FAQ. For payment, access, or regeneration issues, use the support email and include the checkout email address. A short message with the product name, date, and exact problem is faster to process than a long message without order details.
